Deepwater Marine Life: Exploring Beyond the Oxygen Tank

Ever curious about the species and landscapes that lie beyond the reach of traditional scuba diving depths? While scuba divers are limited to depths of about 18 meters (60 feet) for Open Water certification and up to 30 meters (100 feet) for Advanced Open Water divers, our exploration extends much further with the use of ROVs. This week, we're showcasing a stunning collection of images captured by these advanced underwater vehicles, diving beyond the limits of the oxygen tank. These photos reveal the extraordinary and less encountered species and landscapes of the deep.
